1. Patch test on the inner arm or behind the ear first
2. Before your shower, spray onto dry skin on the back, chest, shoulders or buttocks from 15 to 20 cm
3. Wait one minute, then rinse well with water, massaging the areas you can reach
4. Use 1 to 2 times a week; not on the face, broken or freshly shaved skin

• AHA, BHA, PHA and LHA at 32%: fruit acids, salicylic acid and two gentler acids that loosen dead skin and oil
