Authenticity & Sourcing

Premia is an importer. Every international brand on this site is purchased by us directly from the brand's authorized distributors abroad, in sealed retail units, and shipped to Egypt in our own consignments.

We do not buy from local traders, open-market lots or parallel resellers, and we never repack. What reaches you is the product exactly as the manufacturer released it: original packaging, original seal, production code intact.

Every order is packed by our own team. When it arrives, open it with the courier; if anything is not as it should be, hand it back on the spot.

For any question about a product's origin, write to hello@premiashop.com or WhatsApp +20 104 158 9833. A member of our team answers.
