Shipping policy

Orders are delivered across Egypt via trusted couriers.

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (location-dependent).

Delivery charges vary by location.

A confirmation call will be made within 24 hours of order placement. If we cannot reach you after 4 attempts, your order will be canceled.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business days of confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).

A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order is shipped with expected delivery dates.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional delivery fees may apply.
