At Premia Shop, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please read our policy carefully:

No Returns or Exchanges

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been delivered and accepted.

  • This applies to all beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.

Delivery & Inspection

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may reject it immediately while the delivery personnel is present.

  • Rejected items will be returned with the courier, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

Returns (Defective/Damaged Items Only)

We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or received in poor condition:

  1. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

  3. Products must be in original packaging with all tags/accessories.

  4. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.

  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  6. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
