Morning and evening, after toner
Press 1 to 2 pumps over face and neck
Pat gently until absorbed
Follow with moisturiser, and sunscreen in the morning

Apply it to skin that is still damp from toner, then seal it in with moisturiser straight away. On hot days it is light enough to be your only hydrating layer before sunscreen.
