1. Patch test on the inner arm first
2. 1 to 2 nights a week, on clean, dry skin: 3 to 4 drops
3. Massage in circles for about a minute until small flakes form, avoiding the eyes and lips
4. Rinse with lukewarm water, then continue with serum and moisturiser
